We want every Maison Corvelle piece to arrive as expected. If something is not right, contact us promptly through the Contact page and include your order details.

Before returning an item

Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Items should remain unworn, unaltered and in their original presentation materials unless the item is faulty.

Eligibility

Return eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order and the condition of the item. Customised, engraved, worn or altered jewellery may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Faults and consumer rights

Nothing on this page limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what was ordered, contact us with clear photographs so we can assist.
